Challenge​

Digitisation of the physical documents contained in the individual files of third-country nationals held by the Directorate of Immigration and Naturalisation Policy of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum, the Decentralised Administrations and records of the other organisational units of the Ministry.​

Solution​

This process involves transforming physical documents belonging to Third Country Nationals into digital files. The digitized data will be integrated with existing systems, and machine learning will be used to extract key information. Finally, a new document management platform will be implemented for storing and organizing these digital files.
